The name social policy is used to apply: 1- To the policies which governments use for welfare and social- Protection. 2- To the ways in which welfare is developed in a society.3- To the academic study of the subject.In the first sense, social policy is particularly concerned with social services and the welfare state. In the second, broader sense, it stands for a range of issues extending far beyond the actions of government - The means by which welfare is promoted and the social and economic conditions which shape the development of welfare. Remember that, the final goal is not only survival, but, provision of social conclusion & human dignity, to achieve a good society, is inevitably.

Despite the fact that social working was founded 45 years ago in Iran, and thousands of experts in this field have been graduated from different universities all over the country, but the decision makers and policy designers of social services and welfare have not found a clear definition and field of activity for social programs. The writer has tried to make some suggestions about the relation between social worker and social policies.

The importance of female heads of households in providing the basic needs of household members on the one hand and the limitations they face in most socio-economic fields have made it necessary to pay attention to the issues of female heads of households in most societies including our country. The purpose of this study is to use the systematic review method to review and evaluate the policy proposals that have been proposed in Iran for women heads of households. A total of 296 articles and 5 reports were identified. In the review and eligibility phase, the total number of selected texts was considered to be 79 texts, of which 62 studies used the quantitative method and 17 studies used the qualitative method. Based on the studies that proposed policy proposals, the characteristics of female heads of the household, the axes of vulnerability, the evaluation of policies and proposals were determined. The findings showed that more policy proposals were made based on the characteristics of low literacy, being unemployed, and being middle-aged. Based on the axes of vulnerability, women heads of households are more vulnerable psychologically and socially than they are materially vulnerable in many cases. The evaluation of policies for women heads of households showed that the most interventions for the empowerment of women heads of households were focused on the economic field and were mainly pursued in the form of financial payments and did not pay enough attention to other aspects of women's empowerment, while the empowerment of women heads of households was successful when It is expected to simultaneously pay attention to their mental health and improve their social and economic status.

The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of social progress? How do moral actions generate social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of social interactions have been socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Public health is derived from socio-economic factors. Despite this fact that these factors are not in the realm of medicine science, but it should be declared that the majority of health development in recent century is merely because of socioeconomic developments rather "Medical intervention" alone. In this regard, we should pay more attention to the relation between the amount of income and health indicators.There is no wonder that the healthier population, the less imposed expenses and the more reasonable distribution system, which they eventually will lead to social health. But the social gap existing among different social levels may cause great number of crimes, violence's and other social disorders.In order to achieve a successful and fruitful social policy, we must take advantage of all available means and logic solutions in almost every aspect of life such as agricultural, educational, residential and so on to improve the health conditions. In other words, we should follow an international motto saying that, "Health for All," and draw the best benefit of available financial and political supports.The decision makers and program designers should choose a policy followed by much more investment in health cares, and concentrate mainly on people cooperation and provide officials fields of activities for them to get a better health condition and set up a democratic political space. Health is considered to be the first and the most important aspect of human being as a creature involved with the rest of environment and being under such a healthy condition they will be able to take advantage of other benefits in the world. That is why social policy should focus on the health problem as a must and fact.

Family is known as the most important source of assuring security and health for members of the society, and the main field for creating social problems. In this article we have tried to point to the changes happened to the social policies regarding giving services to families during the years, and an overview of family conflicts and children abasement have been drawn to attention.

Social policy as an academic discipline focus on study policy-making and analyzing social policies. Social policy as well as interventions of the government to deal with social problems, particularly in the areas of health, education, housing, welfare and social security, which are crucial and important in promoting political legitimacy. Social policy is more important especially when societies face with variety of social, economic and environmental risks and uncertainty. In this paper according to the current conflicts in social policy, tried to classifying themes of shaping, and theoretical approaches in this area. The paper also reviews various definitions provided descriptive approach on social policy, relevant theoretical approaches in three main theories: representational, normative and explanatory. In this paper it is shown how the process of industrialization, political, and social class and group benefits and conflicts, formal and informal institutions and international factors have a role in the development of social policy.

The Constitution of Islamic republic of Iran approved by a great number of Islamic scholars and scientists states a clear and obvious definition of social politics. So, having a general review of it will give us enough information about a collection of social policies which are accepted by religious scientists. Even the changes in this concept regarding the social policy fields and it's comparison with religious sources will emphasize their consistency toward social welfare and democracy in Islamic society. Living Style (Peace be upon him), and references to some other books and sources.

Social policy widely affected life of social actors and they constantly exposed to various social policies. This topic reflected in new social policy researches and its origins, causes and consequences. This research shows importance of social policy in Iran and examined necessity, situation and challenges of social policy researches in this country. Reviewing and analysis of researches on social policies in Iran shows less scientific and organized efforts for studying social policy. Social policy is week in its theoretical and conceptual nature and conceived as a virgin era for social science researchers in Iran. So, to promote social policy studies choosing relevant topics, using updated information and data can make productive theoretical and empirical literature in this field. Moreover, research in this area should impact on the function and direction of government in solving social problems.
